No. Yacht+ works on almost any type of boat — including pontoons, wake boats, center consoles, cruisers, fishing boats, jet skis, and trailer-kept boats.

- Geofence/theft movement
- Power loss alerts
- Multi-battery systems (Priority+)

Yes. Yacht+ requires a Yacht+ monitoring device installed on your boat.
The one-time installation fee includes:
- Hardware
- Activation
- Connectivity setup
- App configuration
No. Yacht+ is a self-monitoring platform that sends alerts directly to you through the app.
Yacht+ does not guarantee live dispatching, emergency response, or active personnel monitoring.
After checkout:
- We contact you to confirm your boat information
- Installation is scheduled
- Your device is activated
- You receive app setup instructions
Most local installs are scheduled within a few business days.
Yes for Monitor+ remote monitoring.
Priority+ service-related benefits may be limited to boats located within the HBG/SYS service area around Knoxville.
Monthly memberships require a 12-month commitment.
Annual memberships are prepaid for the full season/year.
You may cancel at any time, however monthly plans require completion of the 12-month agreement term.
Yes. The device can continue sending alerts during power interruptions using its internal backup power system.
No. The devices are designed for ultra-low power usage and long-term installation.
Yes. Yacht+ hardware is designed for harsh marine environments and is water resistant/weather protected for normal marine use.
In most cases, yes. Hardware transfer/reinstallation fees may apply depending on the boat and installation requirements.

If your boat experiences a monitored event such as low voltage, unexpected movement, or bilge activity — the device sends an instant notification to your phone when alerts have been turned on the boat owner's app.
Yacht+ includes GPS location tracking and movement alerts which may assist in locating a vessel if unauthorized movement occurs.
No recovery guarantee is provided.
